Mr. Ștefan-Ciprian Raicea
Ștefan-Ciprian Raicea is a Romanian legal advisor and researcher, currently practicing law in Craiova, Romania. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Craiova, and has completed postgraduate psychopedagogical training for higher education teaching. His professional experience includes providing legal consultancy in private practice and within the medical services sector, with a strong focus on civil, commercial, and regulatory matters. His academic and research interests lie primarily in criminal law, environmental law, and the philosophical and legal foundations of legal responsibility. He is the author and co-author of several academic books, including works on abuse of office in criminal law, environmental law seminar materials, and the criminal liability of legal persons in environmental protection. He is fluent in English and French and is actively engaged in legal research and academic writing.
