Dr. Clotilde Ekoka Dikanda

She is an Economic and Social inclusion Consultant at POSITIV NGO in Paris area in France, and a Researcher Member of the Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS) headquartered in Washington DC, USA, and at the International Union for the Scientific Study of Population (IUSSP) headquartered in Aubervilliers, France. For over 9 years, she has been working with Civil Society Organizations Associations and Local authorities in France and Cameroon to bridge the gap between Income-generating activities and human potential in poorest local communities, solving Poverty challenges and Employment issues with Microfinance and Entrepreneurship. Prior to her current role, she advised and empowered vulnerable populations on their economic, social and cultural initiatives and rights at ADIE and BGE. In addition to her Consulting and Research roles, she has been a Certified Human Rights Consultant from the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR) along with her Certification in Human Rights from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and a Diplomacy Certificate from the national school of public service in France, INSP (ex-ENA). She is currently enrolled at the Peace Operations Training Institute (POTI). She holds a PhD in Development Socio-Economics from the School for Advanced Studies in Social Sciences (EHESS) and a Master of Research in Social Sciences from the same institution, as well as a first Master degree in International Affairs from European Business School (EBS Paris).
